Full payment must be received by the enrollment deadline or the contract will be voided. You may make payments toward the total at any time throughout the summer months until the deadline.
How do delivery schedules work under the Prebuy Program?
Customers with tank monitoring will receive automatic fills based on their real-time tank levels. Customers without monitoring are required to call in for delivery once their tank reaches 20%.
What happens if I use more propane than I pre-purchased?
If your usage exceeds the contracted gallons, additional propane will be delivered at the current daily market rate at the time of delivery.
